Calhoun Square

This was a total renovation of the Calhoun Square building. All new light fixtures in common area, configure of tenant service feeders, new service of all (3) services, new lighting controls, new feed for mechanical equipment. Stores included: Kitchen Window, Vision World, Sushi Tango, Sox Appeal, Bremer Bank, Bay Street Shoes.

Kitchen Window is a new tenant space at Calhoun Square consisting of two floors totaling 11,000 square feet. The first floor is a retail store, which Parsons won a lighting design award for the state of Minnesota. The second floor is a high end design of a culinary art school.

Sushi Tango is a new restaurant that was built in Calhoun Square. The design was originally over budget, Parsons re-designed to keep the same concept with a more efficient lighting equipment layout.
